This cozy candy corn popcorn bark is the perfect fall treat, combining crispy popcorn, crunchy pretzels, sweet candy corn, and creamy white chocolate into irresistible clusters. It’s quick, easy, and ideal for Halloween parties or cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
  • 1 ½ cups pretzel twists (broken into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  • ½ cup salted peanuts or roasted almonds (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or chopped dried apples (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Pop 8 cups of popcorn and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  3. Scatter broken pretzel pieces, candy corn, and peanuts (if using) evenly over the popcorn.
  4. Melt white chocolate wafers and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth (about 1 ½ to 2 minutes).
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mixture in a zigzag pattern, creating ribbons rather than a full coating.
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt immediately over the wet chocolate.
  7. Let the bark set at room temperature for 30-45 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
  8. Break into irregular pieces and serve.

Notes

Use plain or lightly salted popcorn to avoid greasiness. Melt white chocolate slowly to prevent burning. Drizzle lightly to keep popcorn crunchy. Add flaky salt immediately after drizzling. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Best eaten within 24 hours.
