Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and let it warm up for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the dredging stations: In the first bowl, place ½ cup all-purpose flour seasoned lightly with salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat two large eggs until smooth. In the third bowl, combine 1 cup panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix in grated Parmesan if using.
  3. Pat each pork chop dry with paper towels. Dredge the chop first in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even, thick coating.
