A refreshing and elegant pink sangria punch featuring fresh strawberries, peaches, and dry rosé wine, perfect for warm weather gatherings and impressing guests with minimal effort.

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry rosé wine (preferably Miraval)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 large ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • Extra strawberry and peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries and peaches thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries into thin rounds. Slice peach thinly (about 1/8 inch thickness). Set aside a few slices for garnish.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour the entire bottle of rosé wine. Add sliced strawberries and peaches. Pour in peach schnapps if using. Stir gently with a wooden spoon to combine flavors without bruising the fruit.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse. If short on time, 30 minutes will suffice but longer is better.
  4. Just before serving, stir in fresh lemon juice and chilled sparkling water gently to add fizz and brightness.
  5. Garnish with reserved peach and strawberry slices and fresh mint sprigs. Serve immediately in glasses.

Notes

Use ripe, fresh fruit for best flavor. Slice fruit thinly to infuse quickly and look attractive. Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour for optimal flavor. Stir gently after adding sparkling water to preserve fizz. Peach schnapps is optional and can be substituted with triple sec or omitted for a lighter drink. Frozen peaches can be used if thawed and drained. Prepare base up to 6 hours ahead and add sparkling water and garnish just before serving.
